The red light cameras are maintained by American Traffic Solutions(ATS) and the violations are reviewed by the Kenneth City Police Department. The contract with ATS was approved by the Kenneth City Council, and the citations are reviewed by the Kenneth City Police Department. Five(5) cameras went live on October 31, 2010(all but the 66th St. Cameras). In the first month of operation, 690 citations were issued at 3 intersections. In the second month, 592 citations were issued.
