Here are all of the hundreds of pages of associated documents that we could find related to the approved contract between the City of St Petersburg, FL and American Traffic Solutions(ATS) for the installation, maintenance and operations of red light cameras in the City of St Petersburg. Also included is the contract between the City of Miami, FL and ATS, because St Petersburg allows for the "piggy-backing" of contracts that other municipalities in Florida have already gone through the RPF process, like Miami has with ATS.
Included below you will find the Miami RFP, questions and answers, and the ATS contract, as well as the St Petersburg Q&A with ATS. There is a high degree of technical detail in some of these documents, as well as information from ATS that we have not seen anywhere else. The first 14(fourteen) attachments are all related to the Miami RFP, contract and St Petersburg Q&A with ATS. The next 6(six) attachments are official City of St Petersburg city staff and city council documents about the red light camera program, and the $99,000 consultant report(78 pages) on intersection safety in St Petersburg. Item 15 is the actual signed contract between the City of St Petersburg and American Traffic Solutions, it includes a series of changes to the Miami contract as well as clarifications and a few extra contract provisions.
